You CAN get better with money…

If you’re like me, you probably weren’t taught much about money. When I graduated college and started working years ago, I happily signed on the dotted line to go into debt for a house and a new car. I’m a natural saver and had a great paying job. Even so, I kept wondering where my money went. I didn’t know how to best manage it and day to day money was overwhelming.

Growing up and watching those around me, I saw how stressful lacking a plan could be and wanted to do things differently.

When my husband and I took a money class at church, I realized I could have a monthly plan and be confident in my decisions.

We've seen first-hand how getting our finances in order has increased communication in our marriage, united us towards meeting goals, and given us confidence and freedom to spend in a way we can afford.

Having long said goodbye to car payments and school loans, we have money invested towards retirement and kids’ college, and are on track to pay our home off early! And the best part? Because of the PLAN we put in place years ago, I'm now living my dream of being a stay-at-home mom since 2018 and have the freedom to pursue this God-given passion and coach.

I’ve combined my knowledge and experiences in personal finance with my previous skills as a speech therapist, in order to be a compassionate, encouraging, and empathetic money coach.

Handling money is an everyday task we all have to deal with and it doesn’t have to be stressful! I believe much of the stress and overwhelm caused by years of accumulating debt and lack of savings could be avoided if we had someone show us how to prevent it.
